Hydrocephalus Walk, 2013

Every summer we do the Hydrocephalus Walk with and in support of our dear friends Lori and Paul, and their son William (the cute blonde below), who developed Hydrocephalus shortly after he was born.

The walk is fun and for a good cause. There’s also a pretty fab party afterwards–the kidlets love it.

Hydrocephalus is the buildup of fluid in the cavities (ventricles) deep within the brain. The excess fluid increases the size of the ventricles and puts pressure on the brain. To learn more about Hydrocephalus, please visit theĀ Hydrocephalus Association webpage.

Below are some cheery photos from the walk.

The End.
